Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Radiuskw, we prioritize your satisfaction. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to track your package.

If you have received a defective item, please consult our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Return and Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date as indicated on your receipt. Requests made beyond 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accommodated.

For returns or exchanges based on a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition: unopened, undamaged, and unmarked.
  • Items sold as part of a set or multi-pack must be returned in full.
  • Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible.

For online purchases, the return shipping cost will be covered by Radiuskw.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

All returned items must be sent back to SRADIUSKW LLC in their original condition. Products showing signs of wear, misuse, improper assembly, or missing parts may incur additional charges.

If the return or exchange is due to a product defect or quality issue, SRADIUSKW LLC will cover return shipping and any applicable restocking fees. For returns or exchanges based on personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

SRADIUSKW LLC reserves the right to assess the condition of the product and determine if it complies with our return policy.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please note: If your request does not meet the criteria outlined in the policy, it will not be approved. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Radiuskw is not responsible for any lost goods.

For approved returns or exchanges, SRADIUSKW LLC will provide a prepaid return label. Follow the instructions and return the item in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary items.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. After inspecting the item, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request. Approval decisions are made solely by SRADIUSKW LLC based on the item’s condition and adherence to our policy.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 1-3 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take some time to appear. If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Allow extra processing time.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
