Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Radiuskw, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment’s progress.
If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for additional support.
General Return and Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). After this period, we are unable to accommodate return or exchange requests.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Items sold as part of a set or multi-item package must be returned as a complete set.
- This policy does not apply to products explicitly labeled as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
- For online purchases, return shipping costs are not covered by Radiuskw.
Your rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected and are in addition to this policy.
All returns must be sent to Radiuskw in their original condition. Additional fees may apply for normal wear and tear or damages resulting from misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.
If a return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Radiuskw will cover the return shipping fees and any applicable restocking charges.
For returns or exchanges made for personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. The evaluation of the product’s condition and enforcement of this policy are at Radiuskw‘s sole discretion.

Please Note:
- Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not qualify for a refund, and Radiuskw is not responsible for lost items.
For authorized returns or exchanges, Radiuskw will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions provided and ensure that all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are included.
Once we receive your return or exchange, we will send you a notification via email. The item will be inspected, and you will be informed whether your request has been approved or denied based on its condition and Radiuskw‘s policies.
If approved:
- Exchanges will be processed immediately.
- Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after several days:
- Please allow additional processing time.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider for an update.
